Wellfit Technologies, Inc. (Wellfit), an innovator in healthcare technology platforms, announced that it has reached an agreement with Careington International Corporation, a long-time partner and leader in the health and wellness benefits space, to acquire Careington’s Launch Loyalty dental membership program business.
The agreement provides that Careington® will continue to serve Launch Loyalty clients and the two parties will work together to integrate Wellfit’s program technology products to enhance the customer and member experience.

In the coming months, Launch Loyalty will be rebranded as Launch Loyalty, powered by Wellfit. Launch Loyalty’s customer service, including customer relations and support teams, will remain the same.
