OMS360 (or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the expansion of OMS360’s presence into Pennsylvania through a new partnership with Pittsburgh Oral Surgery. Pittsburgh Oral Surgery is a leading oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with four locations in Shadyside, South Hills/Bethel Park, Monroeville, and Tarentum, serving patients in the city of Pittsburgh and surrounding communities.
With the addition of Pittsburgh Oral Surgery, OMS360’s partner network now includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas.
In conjunction with this new partnership, OMS360 is pleased to announce a growth capital restructuring transaction that includes a new credit facility provided by TPG Twin Brook Capital Partners (“TPG Twin Brook”). This infusion of growth capital, including a revolving credit facility and a delayed draw term loan, will strengthen OMS360’s capital structure and establish a strategic partnership with TPG Twin Brook.
This successful debt refinancing will enable OMS360 to achieve continued growth, continue to build new partnerships with leading oral surgery practices, and invest in systems and people to support OMS360’s physicians and practices in providing high-quality care and improved access for patients.
Pittsburgh Oral Surgery is led by Martin E. Eichner, D.D., Eric R. Smiga, D.M.D., Sarah D. Davies, D.M.D., Neil A. Robertson, D.M.D., and Bryce Hartman, D.M.D., who are well-respected leaders in oral and maxillofacial surgery with more than 60 years of proven care in the community. The practice’s reputation is built on high standards of care, compassionate service, and a commitment to innovation in oral surgery.
Dr. Smiga of Pittsburgh Oral Surgery said, “Partnering with OMS360 has created new opportunities for us to enhance the patient experience throughout our practice. With access to new resources and operational support, we are able to sharpen our focus on what we do best – providing exceptional care to every patient. OMS360 worked with us to develop a customized growth plan that was beyond what we could have developed on our own, let alone acted on within a reasonable timeline.”
