Delta Dental of California and its affiliates, a leading dental insurance provider, have been named one of Newsweek’s Best Workplaces for Women in America for 2025. The award, presented by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group, recognizes 1,000 U.S. companies that demonstrate supportive workplace policies and an active commitment to inclusion.

Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group evaluate companies through a rigorous process that includes reviewing public data, interviewing HR professionals, and conducting a large-scale confidential employee survey of companies across a variety of industries.
