Specialist commercial property advisors Christie & Co have announced the sale of Dr. K Shah Dental Surgery in Edgware, North West London.
Established in the 1960s, Dr K Shah Dental Surgery is a single surgery, mixed income practice providing a range of dental services and care to patients. The practice is strategically located on Sheaveshill Avenue in Edgware.
The practice has been owned by Dr Kamlesh Shah since 1992 and was listed in 1992 to allow him to retire.
Following a confidential sales process with Tony Walker of Christie & Co, the practice has been purchased by an experienced partner taking on the practice for the first time, who is “delighted to be taking on such an established practice”.
His intention is to “continue the high standards of care that Dr. Shah has provided over the years, while modernizing and renovating the clinic layout to further enhance the patient experience.”

Dr. K Shah Dental Clinic sold for an undisclosed price.
