What should I pay attention to with long wisdom teeth?

What should I pay attention to with long wisdom teeth?

Core Tip: What do you need to pay attention to when getting wisdom teeth? I have four wisdom teeth, and I haven’t paid much attention to it. Listening to your question, when I think about growing wisdom teeth, my gums are more likely to become inflamed, and I will feel pain, swelling, and discomfort. Therefore, during the period of wisdom teeth, don’t eat those Spicy, hard-to-chew foods don’t irritate your gums any more. Most people’s wisdom teeth can’t be kept (or they are repeatedly inflamed and miserable; or they are impacted and impossible to grow), and they choose to have them removed.

As long as your wisdom teeth can grow straight and do not affect other teeth, there is no need to extract wisdom teeth. Because wisdom teeth extraction is very laborious. I have four wisdom teeth, but my wisdom teeth are all crooked (the bottom two are facing forward, the top two are facing outward), the doctor said to pull them out, so I went for them. (Three have been pulled). It is very painful to grow wisdom teeth. When my wisdom teeth came out in the winter of 2001, it was painful, swollen and pus for a month, and I couldn’t even eat tofu.

I had it removed in the winter of 2002. At that time, I was preparing for the exam. It might have been a little irritating. It hurt at first, but then it was swollen. I couldn’t take it anymore, so I went to the hospital. After a week of rinsing and applying medicine, the inflammation subsided, and then I cleaned my teeth, and finally the teeth were extracted. Therefore, if you have toothache and swollen gums, you should go to a regular hospital to have your teeth extracted as soon as possible. If you don’t pull them out, it will affect other teeth (for example: if you don’t grow up straight, you can easily cause dental caries when you eat to put your teeth on them). It’s called an impacted tooth, it prevents other teeth from growing,

Therefore, once the doctor says that it is an impacted tooth, it must be extracted. Otherwise, as long as you get angry, the tooth will start to hurt. If the wisdom tooth is not treated, it is easy to remain due to the space between it and the front teeth. Food scraps, causing tooth decay, and by that time, you’ll suffer even more. Also, the teeth are generally a pair of upper and lower, called occlusal teeth.

When the wisdom teeth below you grow, the ones above will grow too. So, if the lower wisdom teeth are pulled, the upper ones have to be pulled too. Without another occlusal tooth, it will grow long. So tooth extraction, especially wisdom tooth extraction, comes in pairs. But they can’t be pulled together. I remember the doctor said that only one can be pulled at a time, otherwise the trauma will be too great and the recovery will be slow.

In addition, the anaesthetic used to pull out the lower wisdom teeth would be more painful in the past, because the lower wisdom teeth are generally difficult to extract (there are 3-4 separated roots, which must be cleaned up when they are extracted, and finally stitches on the gums have to be stitched; so, The trauma will be bigger. When I pulled out the teeth, I broke the teeth and took them out little by little. The wisdom teeth above are all healed together. It is a big root, and it is easy to pull out. I feel it myself, and the pain is small. In many cases, the interval between two extractions must be more than 3 months, and it is best to extract a tooth after six months.

If you decide to extract your teeth, you’d better find a hospital in advance and make an appointment with a doctor, so that the doctor is prepared, and he will tell you in detail some things you need to pay attention to on the day. In the morning, there is less bleeding, and you should eat a full meal before tooth extraction. Because of your situation, it belongs to dental surgery, you need anesthesia, and you need to make a small opening on the gums, so after the tooth extraction, it will be very painful for about half a day, and you can only eat a little soft bread. After going back to the tooth, it was swollen and painful for a day.

Everyone blamed me for going by myself. They didn’t ask them to accompany me. Our boss bought the bread for me, and the sisters gave me the water. Just thinking about it, I felt very warm. Oh, off topic, sorry. I have already had 3 extractions, and I plan to extract the last impacted tooth this winter. It will be fine. I have taken the anti-inflammatory drug metronidazole for nearly a month after the extraction (take it half an hour after meals, otherwise it will hurt the stomach ) One week after tooth extraction, try not to eat spicy, irritating (too hot, too cold food) greasy, indigestible food.

Because chewing is the first step in digestion, if you pull out your teeth, you will definitely not be able to do this step well. So, in the near future, it is best to eat something that is good for digestion. After I had my teeth pulled, I was in pain for almost half a day and could only eat a little soft bread. My experience is bread, milk and porridge. aid in recovery. Therefore, you’d better find a regular hospital in advance and make an appointment with a doctor. It only hurts for a day at most, and there will be no more troubles in the future. Trust me! This is my experience
