Menlo Dental Transitions is pleased to announce that Luke Kapper, MBA, has joined the firm as a Practice Consultant. He will serve dentists in the Pacific Northwest and surrounding areas, helping to expand the reach of this growing dental transition firm.
Kapper will serve dentists in the Pacific Northwest and surrounding areas as they navigate practice sales, acquisitions, and ownership transitions.
He will bring his extensive experience in dental lending and business strategy to provide personalized guidance based on each practice’s goals.

Kapper has nearly two decades of experience in the dental industry and has worked with Bank of America Practice Solutions and Huntington National Bank on more than $1 billion in healthcare-related loans.
His areas of expertise include practice acquisitions, multi-practice lending, real estate, project lending, and new construction. Throughout his career, Kapper has earned industry recognition, including membership in the Bank of America Pinnacle Club.
He has also served as an advisor to Bank of America’s Small Business Executive Council and the National Advisory Board for Business Banking at Huntington National Bank.
Kapper holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA from Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, with a concentration in change management and strategic planning.
As a Six Sigma Black Belt, he takes a consultative, data-driven approach to transformation practices, guiding clients through tax planning, exit strategies, and succession planning to ensure long-term success.
