Found this in the job listing. A dental clinic called “SHUN DENTAL CLINIC” seems to be opening soon. This address is exactly where the Sato Neurology Clinic is located.
The website says, “We have medical and dental collaboration with the neighboring Sato Neurology Clinic, and will provide comprehensive treatment while considering the patient’s overall health. If you experience any symptoms of illness during treatment, we will respond quickly.”

I’m not sure if a new building will be built, but I can rest assured knowing that there will be collaboration between the medical and dental departments.
