Planet DDS, a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise dental software solutions, today announced the expansion of its Launchpad program. Designed for early-stage, multi-location dental groups, Launchpad offers an industry-first accelerator model to help practices fuel growth with the tools, technology, and expert guidance they need to scale.
Now in its second year, the Launchpad program has been refreshed with a variety of technology packages and pricing tiers to give participants more flexibility to align their investments with current needs and long-term vision.
Building a foundation for scalable expansion
The Launchpad program reflects Planet DDS’ commitment to investing in the future of dentistry by providing growth-minded practices with the cloud-based infrastructure they need to grow and thrive in a competitive market.
New and returning features of the 2025 program include:
Multiple technology packages: Practices can choose from three curated packages with varying capabilities and price points based on their size, goals, and budget.
Significant first-year savings: Groups can enjoy savings of up to 80% on practice management and imaging software in their first year, enabling them to use enterprise technology at a critical stage in their journey.
Tailored Onboarding and Expert Support: Participants will receive hands-on education, implementation assistance, and access to leading dental advisors.
Scalable Technology Infrastructure: The platform includes Denticon Practice Management with advanced capabilities such as RCM, analytics, and patient communication, and Apteryx Cloud Imaging with AI—designed to grow with the organization.
Operational Efficiency and Automation: Cloud-native tools help streamline scheduling, reduce administrative burdens, and provide higher-quality patient care time.
Early Access to Enterprise Tools: Launchpad supports the transition from outdated, fragmented systems to a unified platform, enabling smarter, faster decision making.
“Through Launchpad, we are providing emerging dental groups with affordable technology solutions and resources that enable them to operate efficiently and focus on building meaningful connections with patients while providing exceptional care,” said Eric Giesecke, CEO of Planet DDS.
Empowering the Next Generation of Dental Leaders
Applications are now open for the 2025 Launchpad program, which is limited to new customers only. Launchpad is ideal for privately held or founder-led dental groups with 2-9 practices and annual revenues between $2 million and $12 million. Private equity or venture-backed practices are not eligible.
Dee Fischer, CEO of Fischer Professional Group, highlighted the impact of the program, saying, “It is truly remarkable to have enterprise-grade technology and support available to emerging groups at such an affordable price.
It is critical for growing dental groups to establish a strong operational foundation and scalable processes early on. Launchpad gives them the tools to achieve these goals. I strongly encourage growing groups to take advantage of this opportunity.”
