Zentist, a leading provider of cloud-based dental insurance revenue cycle management (RCM) software for dental support organizations (DSOs), is proud to announce its first successful SOC 2 Type II certification. This certification reinforces Zentist’s commitment to data security, privacy, and compliance, ensuring that its platform meets the highest industry standards for the protection of personally identifiable information (PII).
SOC 2 Type II is a rigorous security framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). It assesses an organization’s ability to protect data in terms of security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
Zentist initiated a multi-month audit process in October 2024, evaluating the effectiveness of its internal controls over an extended period of time, demonstrating its long-term commitment to operational security.
“Achieving SOC 2 Type II certification solidifies Zentist’s leadership in dental RCM technology,” said Ato Kasymov, Zentist CEO and co-founder. “We are honored to provide our customers and channel partners with a platform that not only improves DSOs’ operational efficiency, but also meets the most stringent security and compliance standards.”
With the increasing number of cyber threats in the dental industry, maintaining strong security protocols is critical. Zentist’s SOC 2 Type II certification ensures greater data breach protection, regulatory compliance, and secure system integration for dental service organizations (DSOs).
This milestone further solidifies Zentist’s position as a trusted partner in the dental revenue cycle management (DRCM) space.
