Psychologists and experts have found that a person’s confidence level is often linked to the appearance of their teeth. This is because the appearance of teeth can affect a person’s willingness to smile and speak freely in social situations.
A study conducted by market research firm Kelton gathered evidence that people with great teeth are happier, healthier, and even smarter than those with cosmetic issues. Nearly a third of respondents said the first thing they look at a person’s face is their teeth. Many people experience this when talking to someone in a social setting—the eye is often drawn to the mouth because words come out of it.
