Dr. Rottenberg grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, and received her dental degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She later specialized in pediatric dentistry at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C.
During her residency, Dr. Rottenberg worked with a dietitian to develop dietary recommendations for oral health, demonstrating her dedication to holistic preventive care. With her warm, friendly, and engaging approach, she is committed to making every dental visit fun and educational.

Growing up in Maryland, Dr. Francis Morgan discovered his love for pediatric dentistry early on. After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry, Dr. Morgan completed his residency in pediatric dentistry at Howard University, where he is dedicated to making visits with children easy and enjoyable.
Dr. Morgan is known for his innovative and fun approach to his practice—he offers Disney nursery rhymes and stories about “Sugar Bugs” to ensure every child leaves with a smile and a positive dental experience. His commitment to patient education and family engagement leaves both children and parents feeling inspired.
