Menlo Dental Transitions is pleased to announce that Matt Adrian has joined the company as a Practice Advisor to support dental practice owners throughout the Southeast region.
With over 25 years of experience in the dental lending industry, Adrian has funded nearly $2 billion in loan lines and coached hundreds of physicians through practice transitions.
“I have spent the past 25 years focusing on lending in the dental transition space,” said Adrian. “Now, I will bring that experience directly to the seller. My mission is to help physicians maximize the value of their practices and feel confident every step of the way.”
Adrian served as Regional Manager for Practice Solutions at Bank of America, responsible for outside sales in the Southeast region. During his 20-year tenure, he received numerous honors, including four-time Salesperson of the Year, the Spirit of Excellence Award (presented to the top 0.1% of employees nationwide), and multiple years as a Top Sales Performance Maker.
Adrian also served on the Bank of America Leadership Council for over a decade. He then continued at Provide as Regional Director of Dental Lending before joining Menlo.
“I joined Menlo because it was the only company I found that consistently invested in its people and business,” said Adrian. “I was impressed when I learned that they hire for the right person for the job, not the job for the person. The culture, standards, and team here reflect that commitment.”
In his new role, Adrian will apply his industry expertise to help physicians achieve the highest sales price while ensuring a smooth, professional transition for clinic staff, patients, and buyers.
In addition to his professional accolades, Adrian is a U.S. Army veteran who trained at Sniper School, Airborne School, and Air Assault School. He was awarded the Expert Infantryman Badge and deployed to Somalia during Operation Restore Hope.
“Matt has a proven track record in the dental industry and deeply understands the keys to a successful transition,” said Mitch Lamb, CEO of Menlo Dental Transitions. “We are very excited to welcome him to the team and know he will be a tremendous asset to the physicians we serve.”
