Specialist commercial property advisors Christie & Co have announced the sale of Boyds Dental Practice in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Founded in 1936, Boyds is a mixed-income dental practice with two clinics located in Middleton, Leeds.
Following a confidential sales process with Olivia McMaster of Christie & Co, the property has been purchased by first-time homebuyer Fathima Saneej.
“I am delighted to have purchased my first dental practice,” said Fathima Saneej, the new owner of Boyds Dental Practice. “I qualified in dentistry in India and completed my LDS conversion exams in 2018, underwent Vocational Technical Education (VTE) training and gained four years of experience as an assistant dentist. I have always wanted to buy a dental practice and have plans to acquire a few more, which I hope to achieve soon.”
