Sonrava Health, a national leader in oral healthcare, announced today that Preet Takkar, President and COO, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Takkar brings deep industry expertise and exceptional operational leadership experience.
Mr. Takkar rejoined Sonrava Health in October 2024 after serving as Chief Operating Officer of Upstream Rehabilitation, a leading provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy services nationwide.
Prior to joining Upstream Rehabilitation, Mr. Takkar worked at Sonrava Health from 2015 to 2022 as Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Operating Officer.
He will bring a strong commitment, a deep understanding of the company, more than two decades of dental experience, and extensive functional expertise to Sonrava Health.
