Delta Dental Plan of Vermont announces the election of two new directors to its Board of Directors. Megan C. Sullivan and Ian Davis will both serve three-year terms beginning April 4, 2025.
Sullivan is currently the Vice President of Government Affairs at the Vermont Chamber of Commerce. Previously, she served as Executive Director of the Vermont Economic Development Council.
Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont. She is a former Franzini Fellow at the Council of Development Financial Institutions, an alumna of the Champlain Leadership Program, and was named a 2023 Rising Star.
She is actively involved in the community, serving as an elected Justice of the Peace, sitting on the Abatement Board and the Civil Administration Board, and serving as Chair of the Vermont Governance Council – and on the Board of the Community Sailing Center in Burlington, Vermont.
Ian Davis is Senior Vice President of Captive Insurance at M&T Bank. Prior to joining M&T Bank, he served as Director of Financial Services at the Vermont Department of Economic Development. Davis is widely recognized for his leadership in the captive insurance industry and has received numerous awards that reflect his contributions and influence in the field.
Davis currently serves on the board of directors of the Vermont Captive Insurance Association and PCH Mutual Insurance Company. Previously, he served on the board of directors of ECHO, the Lake Champlain Leahy Center, and the Vermont Business Roundtable.
