Espire Dental, a fast-growing elite cosmetic and multi-specialty group practice founded by dentists, is pleased to announce a new partnership with Zollege, which operates dental assistant schools in Colorado.
The schools are approved and regulated by the Colorado Department of Higher Education’s Commission on Private Professional Schools. This partnership will expand access to the 12-week, hands-on dental assistant program, designed to prepare aspiring dental assistants for a rewarding career without the burden of student loans.
Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Espire Dental is committed to radically elevating the dental experience for its providers and team members. The company’s growing network of practices spans Colorado, California, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Texas, and Washington.
Espire Dental continually seeks highly qualified dentists and practice team members who share the company’s commitment to an exceptional patient experience, clinical care, and employee fulfillment.
This new partnership with Zollege will further Espire’s mission to provide rapid, debt-free training to dental assistants at Espire Dental’s state-of-the-art clinics in Lakewood, Loveland, and Colorado Springs.
Tim Hill, CEO of Espire Dental, stressed the importance of providing high-quality, accessible training programs to meet the growing demand for skilled dental assistants.
“As the demand for qualified dental assistants steadily increases, this partnership directly addresses the industry’s need for convenient, high-quality training programs,” Hill said.
Espire will continue to fulfill our mission to transform the lives of our patients and help the industry continue to improve. We know that the first step to achieving this goal is to attract a highly qualified, well-trained team to support our dentists.”
Zolleg, the parent company of Denver Dental Assistant School, is recognized for its commitment to providing a practical and career-oriented education while minimizing the burden of student debt.
Through this partnership, students will gain industry-relevant skills in everything from dental terminology and instrumentation to radiology and infection control.
“We are excited to bring Dental Assistant School to Denver, Colorado Springs and Lakewood to provide students with a hands-on, career-focused education to meet the growing demand for highly skilled dental professionals,” said Chris Lofton, CEO of Zollege.
Our mission is to remove traditional barriers to education and provide local learners with the tools and training they need to succeed in this important field.”
Espire Dental provides best-in-class support to its practices (and now these future dental assistants), including leadership in practice operations, human resources, payroll, marketing, insurance cycle management and accounting.
This strong support enables Espire’s dentists, team members and trainees to focus on providing exceptional patient care, building lasting relationships and achieving satisfying careers.
“Our unique combination of business support, advanced clinical care and a hospitality-driven patient experience sets Espire apart in the dental industry,” added Hill. “We are proud to continue to raise the bar for patient care and redefine support for our team and future dental professionals.”
