According to a June 9 announcement from Frontier Dental Supply, Alvin Chau has been promoted to Chief Artificial Intelligence and Technology Officer (CAITO). The newly created executive position will focus on implementing artificial intelligence in the organization’s digital operations in North America.
Chau previously served as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. In his new role, he will lead the development of artificial intelligence tools, automated processes, and data systems. According to the company, these efforts are designed to improve operational efficiency and support technology-based decision-making across business functions.

During his tenure as CTO, Chau played a central role in the launch of the company’s e-commerce platform, the modernization of digital interfaces, and the automation of supply chain operations, Frontier Dental Supply said.
As CAITO, he will be responsible for executing the company’s AI roadmap and integrating intelligent systems across the company’s infrastructure.

Chou was recently named a “Master of Achievers: 2025 Tech Icon” by CXO Times magazine.
The company said the creation of the CAITO position reflects its emphasis on digital transformation and technology-driven services in the dental supply sector. Founded in 2016, Frontier Dental Supply distributes dental products and technologies across North America.
