Planet DDS announced the expansion of its Launchpad program, a structured initiative designed to support early-stage, multi-location dental groups as they scale operations.
The program, now in its second year, adds new technology packages and revised pricing while continuing to offer cloud-based dental software and consulting services.
According to Planet DDS, the Launchpad program targets small dental groups with two to nine practices and annual revenues between $2 million and $12 million to help them build a scalable infrastructure in their early stages.
The 2025 version will feature three select technology packages at different price tiers, allowing participating practices to choose the right investment for their goals and capabilities.
Participants will receive discounts of up to 80% on the company’s practice management and imaging software in their first year.
Planet DDS said the offer is designed to lower the barrier to adoption of enterprise-grade technology and is particularly suitable for dental groups that are transitioning from legacy or fragmented systems to a unified platform.
The program also includes onboarding support and ongoing consulting services from dental industry experts. The technology provided includes Denticon practice management software, revenue cycle management tools, data analytics, patient communication capabilities, and Apteryx cloud imaging with integrated AI technology.
“Launchpad helps dental groups transition from outdated, fragmented systems to a unified platform that supports smarter, more efficient decision making,” the company said.
“It makes sense to provide growing dental groups with enterprise-grade technology and support at a very competitive price,” said Dee Fischer, CEO of Fischer Professional Group.
It is critical for these groups to establish a solid and scalable operation, and the Launchpad program gives them the tools to do just that. I strongly encourage growing groups to seize this opportunity.”
Eric Giesecke, CEO of Planet DDS, also said, “Through Launchpad, we provide emerging dental groups with affordable technology solutions and resources to help them operate efficiently, focus on building deep connections with patients, and provide excellent care.”
The 2025 Launchpad program is now open for new customers and is open to private or founder-led dental groups. Private equity or venture capital-backed practices are not eligible.
