Pan-Am Dental (Pan-Am) has acquired JB Dental Laboratory (JB) and Avaneer Dental Studio (Avaneer).
JB and Avaneer join the existing Pan-Am Dental and Gibson Dental Design (Gibson) platforms to form one of the most technologically advanced and extensive dental laboratory networks in the United States.
Headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, with an office in Tucson, Arizona, JB is a recognized leader in complex digital design and full-arch implant cases. JB’s advanced digital solutions and commitment to innovation are a perfect fit with the expansion of the JB platform’s geographic reach in the Western United States.
Headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, with a second office in Lakeland, Florida, Avaneer has extensive expertise in full-service crowns and bridges, removable dentures, and implants.
This collaboration will enhance Avaneer’s presence in the densely populated Midwest region of the United States and expand its service capabilities in the Southeast region.
With this expansion, the combined group has been renamed Catalis Dental Lab Partners (“Catalis”). The name change reflects the group’s renewed commitment to innovation, excellence and strategic growth in the dental laboratory industry.
Catalis includes Pan American Dental Clinics in Savannah, Georgia and Houston, Texas, both renowned for their expertise in functional and high-quality restorative solutions, and Gibson Dental Clinic in Gainesville, Georgia, which specializes in high-aesthetic restorations.
The addition of JB and Avaneer solidifies Catalis’ position as a leading national provider combining precision, artistry and cutting-edge technology to meet the diverse needs of dental professionals.
“We are very excited to announce the launch of Catalis Dental Lab Partners and welcome JB and Avaneer to our growing network,” said Judson Boothe, CEO of Catalis Dental Lab Partners.
By bringing together the best dental laboratory brands, we are well positioned to drive significant change in the industry. Our commitment to cutting-edge automation, technological advancements and materials science, along with collaboration with strategic industry partners, will be key to our continued success.”
