Amann Girrbach has launched the innovative Artex Print&Click system, which allows 3D models to be printed directly and conveniently mounted on the Artex articulator.
The system uses smart click magnet technology to accurately fix the model without plaster or additional tools, greatly simplifying the daily operation process of the dental laboratory.
Traditionally, dental laboratories need to print physical models for control after receiving digital impressions, and fixing these models to the articulator usually relies on plaster, which is a cumbersome and time-consuming process.
With Artex Print&Click technology, the model is printed with a special base support structure, which is firmly attached to the base with the help of a magnetic device, and the adjustable pad allows the model to be accurately positioned in the articulator, which greatly saves operation time.
In addition to significantly improving work efficiency, Artex Print&Click is also highly predictable and cost-effective.
The standardized model base and pad not only ensure stable and reliable results, but its reusable parts also optimize the process and reduce overall costs.
At the same time, the specially designed backing plate can flexibly adjust the height of different models and their position on the articulator.
The system has been integrated into the Ceramill M-Build software and supports a variety of applications including crowns, bridges, dentures, implants and full denture models.
As an open platform, Artex Print&Click is compatible with a variety of 3D printers and resin materials. With its openness and versatility, it has become an ideal tool for dental laboratories to achieve accurate and repeatable conversion of digital data into physical models.
