Viva AI has announced the public release of its AI-based dental front desk platform, which is designed to handle a variety of administrative functions, including patient communications, appointment scheduling, payment collection, and performance tracking.
According to the company, the platform is different from other AI reception tools in that it is able to manage both incoming and outgoing communications, such as phone calls, text messages, emails, and web chats. In addition, it comes with tools to support scheduling, billing, and internal workflow optimization.
“Other tools just answer the phone. We built Viva to manage the entire front desk so your staff can focus on people, not paperwork,” said Farid Fadaie, CEO of Viva AI.
The system includes an internal assistant called Practice Optimizer that enables front desk teams and clinicians to access real-time data insights.
According to the company, the tool is designed to support decision-making by answering operational questions without the need to manually generate reports. For example, it can identify patients who are not scheduled for treatment or review extension call handling.
Viva AI offers tiered options based on practice size and communication volume. All plans support multichannel communication in more than 150 languages and offer real-time messaging tools, form request processing, and payment collection capabilities.
A new optional feature called Marketing Tracker, which costs $150 per month, helps dental practices measure the effectiveness of various marketing channels.
According to the company, the feature allows users to assign unique phone numbers to marketing campaigns, analyze conversion rates, and export performance data.
